Booking Policy

Picture to brighten the dull boring stuff!!

Our booking terms outline the rules for booking sessions and participating in our workshops and events.

We aim to be fair to you knowing that life happens, while respecting our limited studio capacity and other guests.

1. Bookings and Confirmations

All bookings must be made through our website or official partners. Payment is required at the time of booking, and we accept all major credit and debit cards securely via Stripe or Square.

Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all your session details shortly after.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your session at no charge, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session, or failure to attend, will not be eligible for a refund. However, your booking is transferable - see Section 3.

Private events and workshops may carry their own rescheduling and cancellation terms.

Please review these carefully at the time of booking.

3. Refunds and Transfers

All bookings are non-refundable but transferable. You may transfer your booking to a different time slot or another person at no additional cost, subject to availability.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to make the most of your full session. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee your space will be held, as it may be required for other guests. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or credits for any unused time resulting from late arrival.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If something serious prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

6. Age and Participation

Our studio sessions are open to guests aged 10 and over. Guests aged between 10-15 are welcome to attend with a participating adult.

If you’d like to book for a family session, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

7. Health, Safety and Accessibility

We provide aprons for sessions if you wish to wear them, paints, glues and glitter splatter, so please wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, just in case.

If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or physical considerations that may affect your participation, please let us know at the time of booking so we can ensure the best experience for you.

8. Studio Conduct and Equipment

We ask all guests to treat the studio, equipment, and materials with care. Our team are always on hand to

guide you, so please don’t hesitate to ask for help.

We want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable, so please be respectful of fellow guests and staff at all times.

9. Food and drink from outside the premises and alcohol.

We want you to be as comfortable as possible, and you are welcome to bring your favourite drinks and snacks with you for your session. Tea and coffee is provided and included in your session cost.

For evening sessions and workshops you are able to bring your own beverages. This includes alcoholic drinks.

We simply ask you that you drink responsibly. We’re a creative studio to enjoy, not a party venue and we want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience. We reserve the right to ask anyone who is disruptive to leave without refund.

10. Photography and Social Media

You’re welcome to photograph your work and share it on social media, in fact we’d be thrilled if you tagged us!

Please be aware that we may ask permission to take photos of you and your creations if you are comfortable for us to do so.
